Processing of your data
In compliance with Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, your personal data is subject to computer processing implemented by EDF SA (22-30 avenue de Wagram, 75008 Paris).
This processing is implemented on the legal basis of the legitimate interest pursued by EDF, within the meaning of f) of 1. of article 6 of the RGPD.
These personal data are collected to inform you of professional communications concerning EDF's Development Direction:
- Sending newsletters;
- Invitations to events;
- Commercial prospecting;
- Animation of a network of professionals.
The data collected are gender, surnames, first names, business phone number, employer, professional email address, professional function.
Without any action on your part (reading an e-mail, consulting a link, etc.), this information is kept for a period of three years.
EDF's partners have access to or may receive this data for processing purposes and within the limits of their need to know:
- Employees of the EDF Development Direction;
- Business France;
- GIFEN;
- b2match.
All best endeavours will be made to present the B2B meetings as described. However, EDF reserves the right to alter or cancel the B2B meetings as necessary. In the event of cancellation EDF will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
Filming and photography will take place during the event. Images and video material are owned by EDF and may be used in press releases, printed publicity, on our website and/or on our social media channels.
We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by delegates. By registering for this event you are accepting the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 21 of the RGPD, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to limit and object to their processing.
